As a new employee, you will be introduced to Move through our onboarding process. You'll be assigned a mentor who, together with your line manager, will welcome you on your first day and help you get off to a smooth start as a Move employee.

The value of still meeting for professional and social purposes is great. We organize internal professional days, courses, kick-offs, customer seminars and away seminars or trips for our employees.

We have our own social committee that ensures a good range of social activities for all employees. Recently we have had a golf tournament, Oktoberfest, quiz, participation in the Holmenkoll relay race, improv theater and shuffleboard tournament.
