Move is a small player in the global picture, but we have a voice!

Move has a long-term commitment to the ESG area. Our environmental strategy is based on certification requirements set by the Eco-Lighthouse Foundation, with the use of external auditors for control and compliance.

Our ethical and social commitment is described and documented in a Code of Conduct. Move has organized sustainability and the environment with a dedicated ESG manager, as well as an ESG committee with representatives in Move's management team.

How our ESG work is anchored

Environmental and sustainability work is embedded in Move's management, board and across the entire organization.

Move works strategically and long-term with all elements included in the sustainability principles formulated by the UN.

  • A separate group in the company, led by a sustainability manager, has been assigned overall responsibility for this work. The Sustainability Manager is responsible for operational and strategic measures, and for ensuring that activities are measurable.
  • The sustainability manager is a natural part of Move's management team, together with the quality manager, who is the owner of ISO certifications. In this way, we ensure that strategic and operational work with ongoing updates and activities in the company related to sustainability and quality are anchored at the highest level of the company.

Move's environmental and sustainability strategy has been prepared by the management team and approved by the company's Board of Directors. The management team has set aside time in management meetings for work on quality and sustainability, where management reviews the company's entire value chain and seeks improvements and measures. All internal and external factors related to sustainability and quality are audited and measured annually with subsequent recommendations and action plans.
